Refund Policy

At Nextin, every project is important to us and we make sure that we handle each project with utmost care and professionalism. Our aim is to provide the results as per the terms and conditions of the proposal. However, despite every measure if the client is not satisfied with the results and chooses to go for the dispute resolution process, we consider refund requests as per the following program in which our services and refund policy related to each service is very clearly listed:

  1. Cancellation Before Work Commencement or Within First 24 Hours:
    • If a customer decides to cancel their order before we commence work or within the first 24 hours of placing the order, a refund will be issued. However, please note that certain fees are non-refundable such as Domain Purchase Fee, Server Purchase Fee etc.
  2. Cancellation After Work Commencement or Beyond First 24 Hours:
    • If a customer chooses to cancel their order after we have commenced work or after the initial 24-hour period has elapsed, no refund will be provided. This policy applies regardless of the extent of work completed during this time.
  3. More Than 50% Work Completion:
    • In the event that the customer cancels the order after more than 50% of the work has been completed, the full amount agreed upon for the project will be due and payable. No refund will be issued in this circumstance.
Applicability of the Delivery Policy

NOTE: Nextin Services delivery commitment is subject to:

  • A project is not taken to be void unless the agreed upon payments are clear.
  • Refund policy is not applicable if the required information for the successful completion of the project is not given to us at proper time. If there is delay or failure in completion of the project due to improper communication from client, it cannot be attributed to Nextin Services. In this case Nextin Services is not liable to follow its delivery or refund commitments.
  • There is no provision for compensation for the delay of delivery under any conditions, until and unless there is an agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
Terms and Conditions:
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service department.
  • The decision regarding refund eligibility and the amount of refund issued is at the sole discretion of Nextin Services.
  • Nextin Services reserves the right to revise or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.

By placing an order with Nextin Services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
